てんいん salesperson
きゃく customer
てんいん： いらっしゃいませ。Welcome to my shop.
きゃく： item は、ありますか。 Is there an item?
てんいん： はい、あります。Yes, there is.
きゃく： item は、いくらですか。How much is the item?
てんいん： この item は....円（えん）です。 This item is ...yen.
きゃく： そうですか。じゃあ、item を ください。 I see, well, the item please.
てんいん： はい、かしこまりました ....円（えん）に なります。 Certainly! That would be ....yen
てんいん：ありがとうございました。Thank you very much.
きゃく pays for the item. If there is a change てんいん gives the おつり to the customers saying ..... 円（えん）の おつりです
