いadjective く ならました。
なadjective に なりました。
NOUN に なりました。
Examples:
さむく なりました。It has become cold.
ゆうめい に なりました。It has become famous.
せんせい に なりました。I have become a teacher.
Sentences:
I’ve become good at Japanese.
にほんごが じょうずに なりました。
My leg has become painful.
あしは いたく なりました。
I’m tall now. (I’ve become tall.)
せがたかく なりました。
I have become a uni student.
だいがくせいに なりました。
I want to become a doctor.
いしゃに なりたいです。
